Who we are

Inventory Counter is a free tool made by VARØ Industries. Tracks pre-event and post-event inventory counts with restock alerts.

Data we collect

None. All calculations happen locally in your browser:

• Data you enter is never sent to any server
• No cookies are set and no analytics are run
• No account is required

Local storage (your browser)

This tool saves some data to your browser's localStorage to improve your experience between visits. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time via your browser's site data settings.

• Theme preference — light or dark mode setting
• Products list — your product names, SKUs, and inventory counts — so your inventory is saved between sessions
• Event name — the event/session name you entered
• Low-stock threshold — your configured low-inventory alert threshold

Third-party services

• Google Fonts — fonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log standard HTTP request metadata per their privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date if this policy changes. Since we collect no data, changes will rarely affect your privacy.
